From jsimpson@stny.rr.com Sun May 16 01:47:52 1999 Date: Sun, 16 May 1999 01:28:45 -0400 (EDT) From: "Jeremy Impson (Not Simpson)" To: jsimpson@stny.rr.com Newsgroups: stny.roadrunner.linux Subject: MINUTES from the May 11, 1999 STNY LUG meeting. I was not in attendence, so Michael Lurie has "volunteered" to set the official record: We gathered in the parlor, as usual. By the time I got there (about 20 minutes late?) the second pizza had been nearly devoured. Talked of many topics - one or two related to Linux even! Typical evening with three exceptions: 1) our most illustrious [founding] member was not present :-( 2) I do not believe that notes were take, and 3) the meeting broke up somewhat earlier than usual. As Mongo was collecting the cash to pay up for the pizza, I made a trip downstairs to powder my nose. When I came back shortly thereafter - the room was deserted! Perhaps they went to build the test-bed machine we'd talked about at the last meeting...? :-) --- Michael W.
